  Customer service isn’t good. My friend found something similar to dental floss in his food. They wouldn’t re-do his order in full. Offering a $3.90 discount only. Lady also mentioned she ran the camera back as if he placed it there. The cook and management kept insisting the “floss” didn’t come from them. We kept telling them we don’t think no one placed it there intentionally, it was there and we would just like to resolve the matter. But they wouldn’t comply

  The food was really good and the cooks are very entertaining. You get your money worth here and the sweet tea is great, I love sweet tea.

  Odd smells in the restaurant. Not a bad smell just a not Japanese food smell. Like someone was cooking fajitas in the back. Mediocre service and the sushi was ok... just ok. Don't get the dancing eel even if you really like eel. The flavors just don't mix well.

  Used to love this place- so naturally you recommend to others- so my co-workers & I went one day on our lunch hour. We were promptly seated and that was it. Til we asked if we could place our drink order- at the least so far-- nothing ever showed and no one showed to take our order so we had to go else where, 4 top table and no one came to take our order and wait on us. Very unprofessional and uncourteous. Won't recommend and now 4 families will never support, word of mouth is pertinent to a restaurant. So you'd think....
